We offer an exercise program that teaches proper breathing, alignment of the spine, and strengthening of the deep torso muscles. Attention is also directed to improving the patient’s balance. All of which are important to alleviate and prevent back pain.

Some patients receive a set of simple exercises or “maneuvers” they can do at home. Other types of injuries will require the use of specialized equipment to isolate and strengthen areas of the spine.
